  • When will my order ship?

    After your order placed, it will take an average of 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped.  We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as we can. Business Days are considered Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm EST. From there, shipping time will vary based off the shipping speed chosen at checkout.

    Note: Any order placed before 5pm EST will be mailed out the same business day. Any orders placed after 3pm EST Friday will be shipped out Monday.

    Shipping times may be longer than estimates provided by the shipping provider due to holiday volume, inclement weather throughout the country, or staffing shortages. We are unable to guarantee shipping times as they are estimates given to us by the carrier. 

  • I received a notification that my order shipped but there is still no tracking update.

    After your order has shipped, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

  • How much will shipping cost?

    Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based off of the shipping address and the weight of the package being sent.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days.

  • What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • How do I start a return?

    Email us at limtlessapparel@outlook.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  • How and when will I get my refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    Need it faster or want store credit instead? Let us know in your return request.

  • What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

    If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it, email us at limtlessapparel@outlook.com and we’ll look into it.
